Yes, that is the goal. In fact, when we hire housecleaners we require that they commit to working with us for a minimum of one year. This helps ensure that you will always have the same ladies cleaning your home.
What type of employment screening do you complete?
We conduct a phone interview followed by a face-to-face interview. Then we look at the person's work history, and check their references. This is followed by extensive training when the new housecleaner works with a veteran.
Who supplies the products and equipment?
